Available payment methods through Ek Paktias’ online store:

• Bank transfer: Orders are dispatched once the bank account has been credited.

• Credit, prepaid (prepaid), or debit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners Club, American Express).

• Cash on delivery (COD): Payment is made upon delivery. COD is charged by SPEEDEX Courier with an extra cost of €1.5.

PRODUCT DELIVERY – DOCUMENT SHIPMENT

Products purchased are delivered to the address stated by the customer during registration and are accompanied by the corresponding invoice. Deliveries require the recipient’s signature.

DELIVERY WITHIN GREECE

Ek Paktias delivers products to customers within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, via Courier Center. For remote areas, as defined by Courier Center, delivery takes 1–5 business days.

Delivery may be delayed:

• During periods of high commercial activity.

• Due to adverse weather conditions.

• In cases of force majeure.

Delivery costs within Greece:

• €2.5 for orders under €50 and up to 2kg, with €1 per additional kilo.

• FREE for orders over €50 and up to 2kg. Each extra kilo incurs €1.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE GREECE

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Order Cancellation Before Delivery (Right of Withdrawal Before Delivery)

The customer has the right to cancel the order or transaction before receiving the purchased products. To do so, the customer must send a cancellation notice to Ek Paktias via email or call +30 6944766165. Ek Paktias will accept the cancellation and refund the customer by crediting the card/bank account used during the purchase, provided the products have not yet been handed over to the courier. If they have been dispatched, the cancellation will be treated as a return under the following terms.

Product Exchange After Delivery Due to Defect or Damage

If the customer is dissatisfied with the purchase due to a defect or product damage, they have the right to request a replacement. They must email Ek Paktias or call +30 2221 041733, sending a photo of the defect or damage within 48 hours of receipt, to receive a replacement product.

If the replacement product has a higher price than the returned one, the customer will receive an email to complete payment of the difference via a secure link. If the new product is cheaper, Ek Paktias will credit the difference to the customer.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

The customer may withdraw from the sale within 15 days of shipment and return the product at their own expense. The return is accepted only if the packaging is intact and accompanied by proof of payment. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt by the company, either by direct refund or by issuing store credit.

CONDITIONS FOR VALID PRODUCT RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Return or exchange of entire product

Both the right to exchange and the right to return (withdrawal) apply only to the entire product and not to parts of it.

Condition of returned products

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Only products in their original condition, complete and undamaged, with original packaging, are accepted. They must not have been opened, tested, or altered in any way.

Product shipment to Ek Paktias

The customer must contact Ek Paktias via email or by calling +30 2221 041733 to request a return or exchange.

For each returned or exchanged product, the customer must include the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Shipping costs for returned or exchanged products, both within and outside Greece, are the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions for product returns

If any of the above conditions are not met, Ek Paktias reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of the product.
